Before BJP Government came to power in 2014, TN got only three new projects 1. Nagercoil Tirunelveli new BG Line in 1980/1982 2. Dindigul Karur new BG Line in 1988/1990 3. Karur Salem new BG Line in 2013/2015 All were existing Lines which got converted to BG/Doubling/Electrification- This includes Salem Byapanahalli BG So from 1947 to 2014 (67 years) only three projects Why Congress and Janata Party ignored TN First get the answer TN people should align with Central Government to gain more projects otherwise 40/40 is of no use Emotional Shouting or Speaking won't get anything Ultimately TN people are the losers
