I order a set of OEM original Smith and Wesson replacement grips from Amazon for $25. No need to file anything it's just like putting on a glove.

Those Hogue grips suck. The OEM straight backs are so much better.

Yes and hell yes. I bought several curved and straight new/old stock factory grips. They can still be found for the same price as the Hogue grips. Unless you have really large hands, the Hogue grip makes it impossible, for me, to attain a proper hold during shooting. Plus rubber grips often feel greasy and sticky. They pick up and embed dirt. Garbage.
