I think I truly understand what my mum sister grandma and friends went through after I was hit by a car . I was on my bike 🚲, was working as a homecarer and a taxi driver suddenly reversed without looking. 5 years later I still need crutches to walk any distance. Still have terrible pain in my ankle some days. But I'm finally coming off anti depression meds and will be off by Christmas. The anxiety is much better. Haven't had a PTSD episode in nearly a year. If life is hard , I promise you it will get better.

Love this! (the idea, not your story obv) - I had an accident a few years back and I still feel the consequences injury-wise, so I can definitely relate - I hope you're kind to yourself and you have people around you that care for you ♥
