What I really like about this video is the side B of your adventure: The Tourism. I mean, I now is not motorcycle or camping footage in it, but for me, who I'm been living in US for 6 years, I'm extremely anxious to discovery nice places around North America like these and this video is adding more bullet points to my "to do" list. Once and again, thanks Tim!

Hiking to the top of the dunes is a chore! One step up equals 1/2 step down as your foot sinks into the sand. Running down to the bottom when you see a thunderstorm approaching is a blast!

What the f.... lol. Nice intro that was crazy especially just after reading about your Vegas "trip" in your book hours before. Those cliff dwelling spots look amazing! I am supposed to be meeting the Husqvarna 701 that I will be riding to meet up today! I am hoping to get to know the bike a little before heading out on my first true "adventure" ride although all my rides on road or dirt end up being and "adventure" haha. Thanks for doing all you can to keep putting up 2 vids a week that is no small feat especially on the road!

I was way out in Mesa Verde in 2013 when the fan wore through the radiator on my Suzuki. Filled it up a couple times on the way to Cortez, and D.R. Radiator saved the trip by welding the holes at a very reasonable price.

Black Canyon is a great National Park and the history of that Park is really well done in a video the Center of that Park. Between Montrose and Gunnison there is a dam on the river if you drive across the damn you will get to Highway 92 it's a great motorcycle road. The first time I wrote it I had to do it twice once for the amazing view of the from the north side of Black Canyon and wants to enjoy the road.

My son and I were just at Great Sand Dunes. We arrived in a sandstorm and were bummed to find a 300 car line even in the storm. Haha. We camped instead at nearby Pentitenta Canyon. It was pretty cool alternative except that we didn’t get to ride the sand boards!!! Excellent video man.

Enjoying your travels. I wonder if you have considered occasionally including bits with some of the people you meet? Just a hey, a handshake, maybe they answer a question or two about themselves. It adds a breadth... if they agree. Be sure to get their consent in an outtake if you use it in a monetized vid.

I'm headed to the GS Giants Go Big Rally in Dolores Co, August 1-4. I had not thought of seeing Mesa Verde, but will try to plan a a few hours there. You mention Rocky Mountain Nat Park in August...you should plan to swing by the Rally if you can. I plan to tow my bike from Ventura to either Utah or Arizona, then riding to Co from there to save myself the slog through Mojave desert that time of the year.

Exciting video Tim. Great places. I will mark them down for our west coast ride. When was this filmed? I am wondering if that is the storm I just I was trying to beat on my ride back from Wyoming. I left one day before it started snowing there, in Colorado and Kansas. I was just north of Boulder in a town called Longmont on May 8th. Safe travels my friend. Loving your videos.

I just got back from Colorado on a moto trip! Yea, those winds were pretty intense at times. If you plan to go to the Gunnison area, check out Wheelies and Waves. Cool small business that rents all sorts of outdoor equipment, including dual sport motorcycles! Their local knowledge is great too, they recommended a few great things to do in the area.

9:40.... you didn’t cut it early to Colorado. Winter is cutting it late!!! haha. We rode nearly to Yosemite for the opening of Bear Tooth Pass. 2 days before opening it got 6 feet of snow.... complete and utter bummer. Sorry for the rapid fire comments. Haha. Just got excited having just toured through a lot of the same coordinates. Stay warm brudda!
