I Love fried squirrel, but $5 worth of oil to cook them is a lot of oil wasted. I am sure they taste great deep fried, but I'll use my iron skillet. Thanks for the video.

We let the oil cool, and then strain it back into the bottles. No oil wasted. You can do this many times over until your squirrel starts tasting like the catfish you cooked a month ago then its time to get new oil. lol
