I have a cousin who is developmentally disabled and she is the sweetest girl in the world. I wish the whole world treated special needs people this well.

Hi Alfie - the house was set up by Hilly's parents Carol & Dafydd. They found the house, manage the support workers and all the housemates living expenses are funded by the state under various schemes :-)
