Took me one month to get the account, someone I know took 6 months to get activated. However I do have to tell you with Roo, it really depends on your zone. I currently do SGNT which pays more than areas like Yishun and Bukit Panjang CCK(your zone) however when it rains it pays much better like $4 to $4.50 additional per order(SGNT) I'm not sure about your zone. I have been doing it Roo for full-time and I got paid more than doing Grab despite doing lesser hours with Grab.

@@grabadventures I was talking to a Grab rider who told me he does 3pm to 9pm Orchard area and he says on a weekday, he gets about $160 per day and weekends easily hit over $200 per day

Please I need your help I am trying to open a deliveroo account, at first I selected to use an electric bike but after submitting the bike and purchasing receipt it wasn't accepted now I am finding difficult to modify it to change to normal bicycle. Please what can I do

You will need to email deliveroo and submit. But it might take a few days for them to respond.

Hi Naomi. For deliveroo it really depends upon the availability of slots in the area you chose upon application. If there are too many riders you will have to wait for your turn. It can take a few months for your application to be approved.

Hi! After approval I was instructed via the approval email to download the roo rider app. After downloading and logging in I was able start delivering immediately. The whole process from signup to the moment I started delivering I never interacted with anyone in real life. Everything was done via email.

I did try to open account today but In the middle of opening the account I received a message talking about short term suppliers contract and something about the account will get close after a period of time and I stopped the account opening cause I wanted the account foe good cause I need it can please explain how to get unlimited account instead of short term

I believe it's best to check with deliveroo uk. The employment terms might be different compared to Singapore due to the difference in employment laws between different countries.

I chose bukit panjang / choa chu kang. I hv heard rumors that selecting a zone with less riders will enable your application to be approved faster as roo needs riders in that area. Don't know if it is true.

👋🏼 are u refering to the delivery process? For roo need to set the zone rider wants to work in. U will only rcv orders within the zone. For grab unless u book shift you can go all over.

For deliveroo, there is nothing we can do after applying. We just have to wait until they come round to applying. Their new rider waiting time is notorious.
