S2000 Vlog 8: $6k TODA RACING F20c Cylinder head assembly! Ported, Polished, Cams, Reassembly!

Reassembly of my Honda S2000 F20c TODA RACING Cylinder Head. I am putting together my Toda Racing built cylinder header. Almost every component is WPC treated.
I am assembling the Valve Seals, Valve Seat, Valve Springs, Valve Retainers, Valve Spring Keepers, Rockers, Rocker Shaft, Cam Caps, and TODA RACING Spec B Camshafts.

Great project dude.I'm preparing mine,it's close to yours.I got my jdm f20c block ready to ship to toda headquarters for honing it to 87.5mm and use the 87.5 high comp pistons(12.3c/r,2020cc) along with a spoon headgasket and a minimum mil on my cyl. head so i hope to get 12.6--12.7c/r.The rods and crankshaft will remain the stock jdm(thinking maybe of balancing the crankshaft).For the cyl.head i purchased new valves,valve guides,valve stems(all oem Honda),retainers and keepers(oem honda ap2) and toda springs as i want to rev it to 9300-9500rpms.The only thing i still have in mind are the cams.I am towards the spec b's along with cam free adjusting gears.I'd love to see your project finished.It's so close to mine.But i still got some months to finish it.What are your pistons specs?I'm thinking also of "blueprinting" the engine.Have you done somethin' similar?I'm hoping you'll get the power you want out fo this engine.I'm guessing over 245whp.Please keep us informed!Best luck to your project!

My pistons are Toda high comp pistons, not the super high comp ones.

I had no Idea about modifying the rocker arms with the spec B cams. Thanks for the info. Do you know why they have to be modified?

Why did you choose this route as opposed to buying a complete CNC built bespoke head from Drag Cartels for $4K?

Did all the items that were wpc treated have that done when purchasing, or did you have to take it to someone?

I sent them to WPC USA in Torrance, CA. I did this all after purchasing.

I live local to Torrance. But depends on what you want WPC, I probably spent over $3k to have everything WPC treated, including all my transmission parts.
