Lexus LS430 | DIY Inner and Outer Tie Rod Change

DIY on how to replace my Inner and Outer Tie Rods on my 2003 Lexus LS430. I hope this is in anyway helpful to you. Let me know what you want to see next!

Thanks for the videos! I just did fuel filter on my LS430 and by chance one of my inner tie rods is majorly loose too. I have a clunk in the front of the suspension as well but hoping that it's the sway bar end links. Maybe its the clunking on your car too. Appears that they are best changed when the front tie rods are off.

Just Vibrations on Braking from High Speed. I already ruled out Brake Rotors and Pads since those were new.

@@theantgarage I had the same problem and since I bought the car has 130,000 miles I assumed pads and rotors so I spend $600 on getting them only to find out the pads had a light of life and it was just the tie rods. I'll just keep the brakes for a future job, lol.

You still have a clunking noise? Maybe replace the steering rack bushings?

@@theantgarage Yeah, the weird stuff you were referring to as aftermarket and how someone's been there before is all OEM stuff, looks original too. Weird design but they all use that twisted wire stuff.
