Thank you so much my great teachers 😍😍 I'm really into your podcasts. Actually,I didn't make a to do list for my productive days and I felt guilty when I wasn't accomplished my tasks. Now I realise that I need to make a to do list for each day , start from an easy ones and when I'm on the roll, I'll dive into a bigger thing. If so,I'll be motivated whenever I check my list off and I'll have a better productive day. Thanks a million.Trs.....🤩🤩.

Thanks Kat and Mark, great lesson. I do love to use the 'to do list', but in my case I usually end up getting last minute emergencies and tasks in the middle to ruin everything. Heheheh. Anyway, it does help to provide some structure to the day. Thanks and blessings.

I don't usually make lists of things I have to do. When I wake up in a good mood, it's quick, when not, patience is the word. Once everything is done and everything is checked, the final word of happiness is... Accomplished! 😅🤭👏🏼

A productive day for me definitely would start with planning my day, I love planning and being stick to my plans, I can never play by ear. I have tasks in my mind, I set out to do as many of them as possible. Otherwise, I would most likely feel unaccomplished and undone and the things that I cant finish will keep lingering in my mind and bothering me. If it is the other way, I will wind down and feel proud of the things I have accompolished 😊

Though can not say I am always laser facused or clear headed 😂 I feel then more then a bit guilty:-)Once tried to make a to do list within a week but it did not work for me I guess:-) I liked that idea though crossing off wake up , I will add for me not to let anyone get on my nerves and so on😂

Amazing ! I am at loss for words. I do have the habit of writing myself a to do list, it is mostly about chores and preparing food when I am expecting guests. Likewise I review my list from time to time to cross off the achieved items. Finally I would like to get your validation if I used the words/mostly and likewise/correctly. Thank you in advance.
