Hello Karen, It is good to hear from you. I know you needed time to step back and care for yourself and your girls. I hope you are well and pampering yourself exclusively. It is great to hear your voice and thank you for this talk on resilience. My mind is in a better place and this podcast made more sense to me now. Thank you for your wise words. As an aside, I usually watch you on my phone, I don't know if that is weird to some or not, but I had no problems with the audio whatsoever. Hope that helps. Sending you my love, Janet XO ♥️☘️

Your videos are so very helpful, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You explain how I feel when I can't find the words to explain my feelings to my friends and family. I am 8 months in and have gotten past so many hurdles, always thinking the worst is behind me, then having a good day, only to have it come crashing down to the bottom again when a small problem arises. I was married 49 years to a wonderful man, finding resilience is so hard for me.

As always excellent video. As a widower your contents are always helpful and appreciated. One note. Please verify the sound level of your equipment because I had to raise my computers volume all the way up and it was still low.

I’m only 5 1/2 weeks in and my hubby was my caretaker for healing my illness. I don’t know what to do. We were together 37 years.
