Hello Karen, It is good to hear from you. I know you needed time to step back and care for yourself and your girls. I hope you are well and pampering yourself exclusively. It is great to hear your voice and thank you for this talk on resilience. My mind is in a better place and this podcast made more sense to me now. Thank you for your wise words. Your videos are so very helpful, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You explain how I feel when I can't find the words to explain my feelings to my friends and family. I am 8 months in and have gotten past so many hurdles, always thinking the worst is behind me, then having a good day, only to have it come crashing down to the bottom again when a small problem arises. I was married 49 years to a wonderful man, finding resilience is so hard for me.

As always excellent video. As a widower your contents are always helpful and appreciated. One note. Please verify the sound level of your equipment because I had to raise my computers volume all the way up and it was still low.
