An unexpected blessing getting to see what we’d expect to be addressed maybe far along the line beginning the restoration process so much sooner. It’s like a Christmas present. Same with the furniture pieces. It’s touching to see so many volunteers utilizing their talents and experiences to bring back such an amazing piece of history. To think, it would probably have been torn down! And by now, too! And yet you’ve already made so much headway. Events are being held. Windows opened to reveal so much light and highlight all the incredible workmanship. So inspiring.

We will definitely put everything to good use. We want the house to feel like a place people can sit and enjoy a visit with family and friends. At first, we didn't want furniture until the restoration was farther along, but we are loving having a few things in every room.

It's a Libman dish brush,kitchen brush . Vegetable brush is softer. Walmart and ace hardware have them

It would be great if you could get a young aspiring documentary filmmaker and/or social media savvy young (- ish!) person to help take the filming and uploading stress off your shoulders. You would likely gain some good (?!) revenue from YT and other social media avenues if you could get the subscriber numbers up. I don’t know! - I don’t even do any social media myself and I am only guessing. However, I think that after 4 years you all deserve a lot more followers. I love the great work you are doing here. We aren't really sure and haven't had much luck pinning it down. Sometime between 1930 and 1950 maybe. We are still trying to figure it out.

I was watching that volunteer on the top of the ladder, and thinking you're either super poor or super rich. The only ppl who have rolling ladders are those who shop at home depot, or library owners with books on the top shelf. I walk into tj max, and they tell me where the clearance section is. Alright, when you know the going rate of copper is. You can get stuck between a building with rappers, and super rich historical value. I couldn't resist a chance to roast you, Janie. When all this is over, and finished, you're going to need a good roasting. Merry Christmas
