As a disabled person, every time someone asks me about people who self diagnose but don’t pursue “official” diagnosis I want to show them this piece. Because a lot of disabilities/mental illnesses can be used as “evidence” to put someone into a guardianship. Sometimes an actual professional diagnosis is actively dangerous to people.

Tommy Muscatello answering the question of how he got his British accent with "it what I was tot", when that's not how I or any British person I know pronounces "taught", was truly a cherry on the top of that rubbish fire.

My dad had cancer and it spread to his brain and i was basically threatened by his home hospice care to move him in or theyd contact adult services and take guardianship. . When my ex died, his family lied and got emergency guardianship of my daughter... its was so effing scary. The guardianship lawyer i had to get, she had freaking horror stories. .. kids and elderly... its worth it to know what could happen. People are awful.

It would be prudent for judges to at least have a brief conversation with those who are potentially facing gaurdianship rulings before the decision is made. Because if the individuals are not Non compos mentis and are still able to make decisions to manage their own lives, they should not be considered for a gaurdianship ruling.

Am i the only one that doesnt like when they do some celeb mashup at the end to drive the point home? I usually agree with the final point, but I think LWT needs to realize the avg person hates celebrities telling them anything political. Comes off as elitist, condescending crap usually. Just saying i think the point gets driven home better with the real people stories not voice overs from actors trying to be political

6:38 The fact that anyone would be happy if after years of living in fear, their plan worked and the people they thought were following him were caught *ASIDE* . How can you be so certain he thinks he is immune to assassination rather than knowing full well that if he was assassinated for real this time, there'd be 0 doubt that pootin had continued to try taking his life. I'd goad him out too when my larger point is not about me, it's about the fact that pootin is a murderer. Pootin's *only* choice is to leave him alone.
