Ralph I had a 250 for at least 10 years just replaced it with the 350.The 250 was a real work horse it just wouldn't die,I actually liked it over the 350.

My 250 always had battery die quick. I tried to replace battery and never worked.

I’m listening your review from blue parrot 650, here are my impression: - Gonna return it on first next truck stop and get 260$ back I can’t believe that they missed so much with their latest model which is 650, they call it over the ear with active noise canceling but they actually not over the ear because ear cushion is way to small to fit ear inside and noise canceling isn’t stopping any noise 650 is pressing ears so much my ears hurting after 10 minutes of wearing it, especially when I use sunglasses it’s even more painful When I talk on phone I can hear constantly noise in background coming out of speakers and also I can hear everything I say with half second lag, everything I say it’s keep coming out of speakers in to my ears it’s unbelievable, worst headphones I ever touched in my whole life, I will keep rand mcknelly 220 they are 100 times better

Ralph, Did BlueParrott ever get back to you? The reason I ask is because I just bought a 650. I'm having a lot of issues with it I'm trying to decide whether or not to contact customer support or if it's even worth the effort. Thanks for your time!

Did you do a software update and learn how to turn the ANC on/off to see if you like it better?

Not done update in a while. Been using 450

@@ralphstrucking The software update fixed the issues. The ANC turns on/off where you can hear yourself talking. Maybe you can do another video after an update? I'm interested in this headset because of my hearing loss in my left ear, so I might benefit from hearing myself so I know how loud I'm talking.

@@ralphstrucking hey Ralph, I got my 650 in and paired it up with my phone. I noticed a little crackling the first time using it. I downloaded the BP app, did the update (said it would take approx 40 mins but only took 10 mins on wifi) I've only made a few calls and watched a few videos, but I've had no issues so far.

The 650 has major software issues. Drops calls and or will not let you answer others. Junk! Do not buy!
