SAAB、会社はスウェーデンですが、900はフィンランドで生産していました。航空機メーカーなのでデザイン的にも何処かスバルと共通していますね。エンジンは縦置きなのにFFというところも変わっていて面白い車です。

Your Videos are so nice Tom, even if I've already seen them, and especially while my Saabs are being repaired and in many pieces, it's so nice to have this channel. I could watch movies of Saab 900s in Japan, even with no script lol, there's no need to make some hard to grasp script with a driver, man, affairs lol... just the cars and music and Japan is good enough, and rain.

Really nice, I have the 4 door sedan version of this car, Turbo as well, same color on the exterior, but red & black interior. I fitted some Bosch fog lights from the 1980s I found at a flea market and put yellow film over them because I really liked how yours looked with the yellow lights. So now they are even more alike ;)

Seriously cool car especially in Japan, makes you a cool cool guy, Had two myself here in Scotland in the 80’s- 90’s but fuel costs got the better of me, haven’t abandoned Swedish cool though, now drive a modern Volvo. Was in Japan in May last year didn’t see anything on the roads cooler than a couple of VW Golfs but some very nice Subaru’s ( had one of those too, excellent all wheel drive system )

Mine does 7l/100 km at the moment which isn't too bad even for a modern car I feel, I've serviced the engine and I rebuilt all the brakes and that really made a difference, they where all sticking before and creating excessive friction. And I'm working on reaching 6l/100km (Trionic conversion, larger aftermarket 8.8 primary so it'll do 2700rpm at 120kph)

Even though my car is nowhere near as nice as this, I'm glad I'm seeing the mismatched paint in engine bay - I was going to repaint a hatch soon, and I don't think I can do mismatched paint! Either I will need to remove the engine I think, or paint it the existing color.

Put the selector in the second position (up and down) an you will never have problem with fogging!

大黒パーキングですね懐かしいです。他の車の中でさすがサーブですね。大変似合っています。今回の外気でコンプレッサをまわしていても、エアコンはつけなくても曇りませんでした。北欧ならではの考えみたいです。最新の国産車ですぐ曇る車種もあるようなので、考え方の違いをあらためて思い知りました。

The 900 Wipers have a disconcerting and Very common habit of Failing! Drivers side (left hand drive as reference) One is operated with a cable on a pulley wheel. Odd but ? Problem is that the pulley wheel is a pressfit onto the wiper arm shaft AND the pulley commonly Falls Off! Extremely difficult to repair.. without time, patience and a workshop. NOT a roadside fix when you need it most.

コメントありがとうございます。ありがとうございます。自分が偉そうに言うことができないジャンルですが、感じたままの感想など今度作成してみようかなと思います^^ 簡単にネタバレしておきますと、メルセデスW124はとにかくフラットです。どんな段差を高速度で抜けてもフラットで安定しています。サーブ900は設計が古いのでハンデがありますが、リアが段差で持っていかれる感じです。

SAAB９００の場合フロントガラスの局面がかなり大きいので内側からみて右側のワイパーなどは 局面の頂点の真ん中当たりで止めておかないとその先かなり強く押し付けてみても浮いて拭き残しが多いだろう。 それだとあまり合理的だとはいえず。だったらもう１本の可動範囲を大きくし拭き取り面積を可能な限り多く取ろうと 結果的に落ち着いたのかな。よく見ると右と左のワイパーの長さが少し違うようにも見えるがどうなのか。

右側に長さ 45 cm のワイパーを取り付けることもできますが、下側の長さが 25 cm、上側の長さが 20 cm を超えない非対称ワイパーでなければなりません。そうしないと、上部にぶつかってしまいます。しかし結局、面積はほとんど増えません。
