I just tried the Saalt cup. Pros: I love the stem, I don’t feel it at all. I don’t trim mine off because I have a high cervix and it helps me get ahold of my cup. Company also has great customer service for any questions. Cons: I chose the regular size because I have a heavy flow. But I also have never had kids. Insertion was uncomfortable, I use the punch down fold. As for the seal, I’m putting it in the pro and con list. It forms a really good seal but to the point where if you don’t break it completely, removal is going to hurt. I’m still on the hunt for my Goldilocks cup, I will probably give this cup another try on my next cycle

I used to use the diva then tried saalt. The saalt works better for me because the diva was too long for my body and would poke me near the vaginal opening. At first I did struggle getting it out because it does sit higher but I figured it out over time. Even if my cervix os sitting really low it doesn't bother me because the tail is super soft and flexible unlike divas rigid one.

When my Lunette kicked the bucket (loved it- but it needed to be replaced after years of use) I decided to buy a Saalt cup. It works just as well. It's comparable to the Lunette from my perspective. So- I definitely recommend the Saalt cup.

It suctions to the walls of the vagina and collects the menstrual flow in it. To get it out you essentially break the suction seal by pressing on the cup which allows you to pull it out and then you just dump it out in the toilet, wash it and pop it back in. Lol it sounds gross but its actually better for the vagina compared to pads and tampons that have chemicals that absorb into your body.
@kenadielise77803 жыл бұрын
basically in the vagina u insert by folding and push to a comfortable position then it creates a vaccum and if used correcty should not hurt. To take it out break the seal by squeezing and wiggle out. Tell ur friends who menustrate!!

We all know that's not the case.... so probably not.
