Achhi jankari ke liye dhanyavaad Sir mujhe sirf head movement in either direction in any position like up down, right left in sitting standing or walking,halke chakkar aate hai otherwise no problem aur neck muscle me thodi stiffness feel hoti hai, doctor ne vertigo tab dee jiska koi effect nahin hua ENT dr ne exercise batayi sabhi test MRI, CT SCAN ECHO, VNG,health profile (80 tests) sabhi theek hain likeLFT, SUGAR, CHOELESTROL, HB RBC KFT,BP no deficiency of any vit lime B12,D3, Potassium, calcium or sodium, still eye Sight is ok no ear( hearing) problem I am 70 plz suggest some medicine or exercise, thanks
