I'd love to know your tricks to go from blender to substance beacause every time I save in fbx and import I got weird polygons on my model in substance after baking my mesh maps.. :(

i’ve been having very frustrating import issues as well. can’t figure out what i’m doing wrong despite trying to sort out my uv islands/unpacking/island averaging etc etc.

Here I am painstakingly marking seams, scaling specific islands to get more texel density on certain parts of the model and figuring out how to neatly pack everything together all manually :/ All along I could've just one clicked the whole proces lmao. I feel betrayed haha. Jokes aside, really awesome texturing job! Have a wonderful day :)

May I ask how you save the blender file to begin with? I never used substance painter before, so from what I saw here I'd say you UV unwrap your object and save as a blend file without any materials. And just import the blend file to substance painter. Am I correct?

For real, when I saw the thumbnail and 1st scenes I thought it was a video about modding a GBC with some textures on it's plastic, like, texturing the real console. I really thought "blender" wasn't the software rather the utensil to mix texture material to paint. It's really absurd the level of realism of those renders.
