​​@chris-o4mshe did that about two months ago, it was her first Sabaton, this is the second, I am eagerly waiting for her to find their history channel and realise they gladly cooperate with teachers and even a couple museums, they have even won academic award for education of the public... this group has good music but if you start looking into them there is sooo much more.

Don't forget, Sabaton has a history channel where and historian explains their songs in more detail, there are close to 130 videos so far. 🧐 Sabaton does sing a one or two songs in Swedish when they are on tour, even in the US. 🤠 They have one album and a single recorded in both Swedish and English.😎🤘

Sabaton's drummer, Hannes van Dahl, was the blond soldier in the beginning of the video. His wife, Floor Jansen, vocalist for Nightwish, performed the aria during the end credits. The running joke goes something like this. JOAKIM: We need a really big ending for this video. CHRIS: How about a soprano reprising the melody, just without words? JOAKIM: That would be great. Where can we get one on short notice? HANNES (on phone): Honey, can you come down to the studio? I need a favor...

Nice reaction. For more metal Christmas I would recommend Majesticas album, A Christmas Carol. It’s Tommy’s (the guitar player here) own band. It’s about the famous Dickens story about Scrooge 🎅 My favorite is Ghost of Christmas past. And talking about Tommy, he has a lot of Christmas songs covers in power metal style on his own KZbin 🎸
