+ Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." Amen 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The man in Luke 16:24 cries: ". . .I am tormented in this FLAME." In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth." In Matthew 25:41, Jesus says: "Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting FIRE,. . ." Revelation 20:15 says, " And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the LAKE OF FIRE." And please repent of all of your sins and be baptized by the Holy Spirit before it is too late, you will never know when the time will come 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amen 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@alexdreFalke in the caroleans mind, the mindset was more like If God wanted you to die today, you could not avoid it at all, but if he wanted you to live that day, nothing could harm you

It's interesting that the Swedish vikings used the same mindset. That their destiny were already decided and if you died you would be rewarded in Valhall so no real downside. That made them very successful on the battlefield.

the fact that the english version and the swedish versions are both practically the same just blows my mind. the other swedish versions are completely or obviously different than the english, but this is an exception, making it one of my favorite songs since the lyrics are easy to understand. definitely in the top 3 of swedish sabaton.

I guess it was easier to make the lyrics match in both languages or then they just didn't wanna do a different message in each.

3:45 in this case "här" doesn't mean "here" but instead means the king's men, a mistranslation. (en här = "större grupp krigare eller soldater; en stor del av ett lands eller en nations armé, oftast under ledning av en general eller kung.")

Hmmm This format seems similar.... Wonder where I've seen this for Sabaton in Swedish... No hate, just picking on you.
@DukeofTxtspeak5 жыл бұрын
It's alright :) The format is borrowed from Piscator as I mentioned in the description, mainly because he has very little time to create videos at the moment and wants to spend his time in IRL stuff, so I wanted to fill in all the gaps he left. Figured I may as well also complete all of Sabaton's songs too, as it'd be odd to just have the odd song here and there. Hope this answered your curiosities.

Ge oss bröd, och idag, och förlåt oss våran skuld! (finns det något modernt svenskt ord för "ock"? "snälla idag/vår tid")

"Ge oss bröd, även idag, och förlåt oss våran skuld!" ("Give us bread also today, and forgive us our sin."/"Give us bread, today as well, and forgive us our sin.") I think those are the meanings for modern Swedish and English? Ps. Yes, I am a native speaker (like you as well, I'd assume from your name).
