Where is the NPA… that was her frustration. The rules are clear on how you bring or cite parties of interest before court. The approach should have been a plea to cure the defect of not having the party there, not persuasion on the merits

@ I get you, in my book that’s a technicality that does not dispose of the case. If the NPA/State didn’t not complain, why is she complaining? The State, not the NPA is a party in these proceedings. Therefore there is no need to cite them, although citing them would have done no harm. For me her complaint about the NPA became weakened when she started to complain about citing of the correctional services. She clearly misconstrued the enquiry

I only see a mother trying to push his son. I hope he sees the love in her heart.
