Last week I had a clean-up of my apartment where I figured out how to make a designated sewing area rather than having my machine and such in with all my other making/creative supplies and tools (I do too much. Too much). I didn't expect it to make such a difference but it feels so much better and accessible for it to be arranged this way. I finally feel like I can actually make clothes for myself here without it being a big hassle rather than just keeping to mending and small projects. I've got 10 pieces I want to make this year. Some for me. Some for friends. Now that my space is set watching your videos is my guaranteed way to get me inspired and itching to sew. Nine times out of ten if I'm feeling unmotivated to sew I can put your videos on to keep me company and it helps me get through the block. I can't explain how much that helps me and makes me feel things are possible. Hopefully, if things go well I'll feel confident enough to try my own drafting using your tutorials and advice by the time winter come around again. Thank you so much for your content and the effort you put into it. It really helps this depressed, anxious, self-doubting mess of a person to push through the issues in my head and create while teaching me things that help me to make the things I dream up.
