We prefer nebulisers only if a patient is confined to bed and time and cost are not a challenge to patient..... Or during an Exacerbation (increased complains of COPD or asthma patient despite being on inhalers)

For kids less than 3 years it's difficult to give them inhalers. So yes nebulisers are given. However we prefer for kids that nebuliser or inhalers to be given for short durations rather than regularly

Practice Yoga for clearing sinuses. Definitely medicines can also be given however for long term effects we have observed patients doing yoga, do far better in Symptoms control as compared to ones only on medicines.

Inhalers ILD patients me mostly jyada kaam nahi karte. Lekin agar pft test me small airway disease hai ya fir reversibility hai tabhi prescribe kiye jaate hai. Jahan se aapka diagnosis hua hai unhi Lungs specialist ko decide karne dijiye kya inhalrr ki need hai ya nahi.

Hello Doctor, Thank you so much for this valuable information. My Mother has COPD , diagnosed in 2019. But she has coughing issues from childhood. She is taking nebulizer from last 3.5 years. She has one issue after using medication , on whole body , like hands or neck or legs , there are black spots which she observed .Is this due to nebulizer? Could you please share video for exercises for lungs which COPD Bronchitis Asthma people should do it everyday. (She is on Bipap 14/6 setting along with 2 liter/minute Oxygen)Thank you so much. Velor f lene k baad airz mai 5 min k baad leti hu. 15 min me mai gargle karati thi but muh me fungas hone laga to apane kaha dono rotacap lene k baad turant gargle karana chahiye. But sir turant gargle karnese mere lungs me powder (medicine) jayegi kya? Kyoki ab mai turant aapne kaha to gargle karati hu. Plz reply.
