Sir, I just started watching your vidos. I was a regular smoker and I left smoking last year only when I suffered a lot (cough and breathing problem) I consulted a chest specialist in Faridabad and he treated me well. I did CT scan and he found there was a lymph node on 17.30mm. He told me for Brocoscopy, but by that time I was physically ok. Of late, I fall sick again( viral, ) and consulted a pulmologist here in Faridabad, He suggested me to do CT scan and in that CT scan it shows the Lymp Node has reduced. Now it is showing 12mm. Suggest me what to do.

However I had ordered a Romsons Breazer 5000 incentive spirometer and can pull it up till 2000-2500ml. 35y M. Ht 5'6. Should I continue exercising in routine? I currently use only 2-3 times per day, 5-7 reps per time.

@@sujitsengupta4604 yes COPd patients can use triflow however it all depends upon your lung functions (lung capacity) so as to decide whether only Triflow will help or some other exercises as shown here like Coach 2 spirometery will help or not. Or further entire rehabilitation program is needed.

As I had been suffering from covid 19 in April 2021, remained hospitalized for 4 days with hrct value 8. Later in May 21, I felt some breathlessness and was on Nintendo 150 capsules for about 8 months. With regular 3 ball spirometer exercise I could be able to uplift all 3 balls and can hold it in air for 10 to 20 seconds. Watching your coach 2 spirometer exercise video, I have purchased it and can uplift it upto 1500 ml to 1750 ml. My age is 65 and height is 63". Is it normal? Or some improvement should be there. CO2 tolerance means the breath holding capacity of an individual which is used for endurance training in high performance athleletes. So will it help in holding breath for a longer period of time?
