This is a regular breakfast dish at home. Yours had a twist of adding sugar n lemon... i add roasted cumin powder to this... will try this

the coarsely ground peanuts release the oil while cooking. this was a tad different from what we learnt from maharastrians. some add grated coconut and coriander as a garnish and a slice of lemon on the side. Thanks !
