I have been diagnosed with bilateral proximal tibia stress fracture. How to be non weight bearing in this case. I am using Walker but still I need to land my foot. Can u pls help me. Bcz it's been 4months and still not yet recovered fully. My pain level is still 4

Should I start physio-exercise or still rest?
