This routine has helped me a lot. Ive had back pain for over a year and tried a lot of routines. This one is the most effective.

Thanks! There were some interesting variations on poses I've seen or done before. I definitely benefit from the concentration on the mid-back. Very helpful.

just curious why theres no breathing incorporated with the poses?

I do give breath cues sprinkled throughout this practice, including a breath-based mobilization of the midback around minute 10. Also I trust that everyone practicing along is breathing without my cues. I find a lot of over-cuing around breath by yoga teachers, and it gives many students unnecessary anxiety.
