You know I remember that when i was in nursing school in 2022, mu dad was driving me to hospital for my internship. Then when we only have 2 minutes left to reach the hospital and we just need to turn left in intersection, a car is going straight to us trying to beat the yellow light. Then it hit the left headlight and busting out our engine. The impact is so strong that it activate the airbags. My dad quickly check us, me and my little brother who is 4 at that time. Once we are okay, he went out and quickly talk to the other guy if he was okay. my ears are ringing and there is small smoke from the air bags. I turn around and yelled my brother's name to check if he was alright. My heart broke seeing my brother in his car seat all hunch down, eyes tightly closed, and covering his ears. My brother who always looks so unbothered to any self inflicted accidents like trips and falls, looked so distraught. I quickly called 911 while getting my brother out of the car and go to the side walk comforting him. After 2 hours of settling down, I unfortunately have to leave them by the nearby convenient store so that I can continue my nursing school despite some bruises across my torso from the seat belt. Before I left, I taught my dad how to use uber so they both can go home safely. You how comforting and eerie prior to the accident, 12 am in the morning, I apparently said something discomforting. Thinking that this is my last day at internship, i told my dad, "Pa, it's okay. This is the last day you will drop me off and pick me up. You don't have to wake up really early for me." This somehow made my dad felt unsettled so around 3 am... My dad woke up while im still awake printing my careplans for my patients. He rushed down stairs and went out to the garage to check out the car. He told after the incident that he was actually praying over the car because he felt so uncomfortable like something is about to go wrong. Then that happened. During that accident, a Christian song is playing in the background. It is comforting yet eerie at the same time with fog like smoke and very out of reality vibe. I just thank God that everybody safe especially my little brother. I cried after a 2 days once the shock is gone. All those scenarios of what if like my dad was a little bi faster and hit on the right back passanger door where my brother is at. It would literally kill me if something happened to my brother. And at every night for 1 week after the accident, i heard my dad cried. He told me and my mom about the what if scenarios and he never felt so mad at that dude who drove wrecklessly. He said that he had nightmares of him being a little too fast that the car hit us instead of the left side.

My heart goes out to y’all. I was in a car wreck very bad one with my mom a car side swiped us my mom lost control of the car we fly head first into a telephone pole and a brick wall behind it. The car spilt in half… My mom couldn’t wake me up after maybe 7 minutes I came to but I swear I went to heaven where I saw family I was about to hung my grandma when my brother came to me and said it’s not your time yet… I woke up in the car the pain was so bad it’s like God punched my soul into my body. The car caught on fire and my mom and I managed to get out the car. My head,jaw everything was killing me. The force of the impact was so great my jaw pop out of socket and I had bruising to my frontal and occipital lobe of my brain it affected me so badly that I now suffer from chronic migraines and tmj. My mom at the time was getting chemotherapy and the force of the accident made her chemo port pop out of place…. Then years later I was hit by a SUV walking home my moms cancer came back at that time I was thinking of her for second when it happened I could barely brace myself I flew over 3 lanes on a 4 lane road. I couldn’t walk for 2 weeks. Least to say I survived once again… but within a few years I would nearly die once more due to a huge huge spinal cord tumor inside and wrap around my spinal cord….they couldn’t do anything for me but remove bones and give me 28 sessions of the maximum amount of radiation a young adult could have…. With all that has accrued I have C-PTSD,anxiety and depression on top of chronic pain. So, I can understand all the emotions you and your family felt. (Btw fact: chronic pain can decrease the grey matter in the brain but with the right amount medication and other therapies it can be reversed. ) I’m very proud of you for being an intern and working with patients. We need more people like you in the medical field and world. Never give up on your dreams… Do it for yourself and for people like me; I had to give up on my dreams of being a doctor due to my health. You got this. God gave you the gift of the healing touch. I’m am so glad you and your family made it out ok in that wreck.

He’ll be fine, my mother whom is a sonographer in my local hospital actually would knows that you’ll be lucky to survive. Some bruises like that are sometimes caused by internal bleeding from a ruptured spleen. But since this guy is so tough he’ll live for a long time

When i first saw the video gordon put out, i was absolutely shoken to my core, seeing how tramatized he looked and how bad his injury was. I respect the man for trying to keep a brave face, but also not fearing to show emotion, his hands still shaking told me everything.
