I had to research triangles in meditation...I was just meditating and I always see a triangle. I lay down and my two hands (palms) are the base, while my 3rd eye chakra is the point, they always flow into one another. It's a beautiful experience.

I was just wondering only few days back, that three is like a poetry. Just observe when you mention three things together it feels complete like - Satyam, shivam, sundaram Tat tvam asi Godhan gajdhan vajidhan Proton, electron, neutron You, me aur hum Veni, vidi, vici He came, he saw he conquered List is endless. "Triangle are the simplest form with greatest strength" - I was a civil engineer. Simple example, truss bridge - where the underlying components are triangles. The final structure need not look like a triangle. Just because he praised triangle, anything that looks like a triangle is not built efficiently. Several tons of stone had to be carried by slaves to build pyramids.

What does it mean to have a traingle inside of a triangle on the palm of the left hand? Lower middle. If up right it connects to life line and mid line of left hand creating what looks like a triangle with horns. I really need to talk to some one who can read palms. I agree with a lot about what Sadguru says in the videos. Like the simplest structure in 2D with greatest structural integrity is a triangle. In 3D, it is a tetrahedron, which is formed by triangles. But the topic can get derailed if we simply try to highlight that 3 is a magical number. Like 3 is the first odd prime number. Earth is in the 3rd position etc.. Take in the knowledge. Try to digest it slowly in your peaceful state. Don't get excited by superficial themes.

Usually I agree with Sadhgueu in most of the enlightment talks, somehow I will not agree on the nature created shapes. There are no regular shapes of human level of geometry. Nature shapes are fractal. They are never perfect. Whatever shapes he mentioned for nadis is a manifestation of human thought after modern mathematics (human level shapes) are created.
