What I learnt from this video and I can relate to my personal life: I play football in Poland, in some matches I am playing really bad because I just want to score and I just want my team mates to think good of me. That should not be any of my business. Instead, I should focus on what I have to do in that moment. I should be fully immersed in the match, take risks, think big and never set any limitations on me. I need to be fully present in the moment like a kid is when he goes to a waterpark. Fully devoted to the moment! Thanks Sadhguru ❤️

I am currently reading Srimad Bhagvad Gita. I have completed 7 Adhyays till now. When I read the verse when Sri Krishna said don't get attached to the fruitive results of your work. The same doubts arrived in my mind that how can one work without thinking of results? But now after see this video. I understood that you have to work with devotion and not with getting attached with the results. Hare Krishna 🙏🏻🕉

My learnings: 🌟 If I have one eye on the goal, then I only have one eye to find my way. *That's is inefficient* 🌟 In a battle field, if I am inefficient I will only get *death* 🌟 Only if I am committed to the process, I can do something *significant* I learnt that in the battle field called *LIFE*, I need to be committed to the process. The result will come as a consequence, I shouldn't be focused on it. His masterplan will never go wrong, knowing the result may *freak me* as quoted by Sadhguru. I should have faith and continue to being committed to the process.

Being devoted to the process enables a free flowing creation. I needed to do major changes to my very old (135 yo) home. It seemed daunting. I began to see it as simple steps, one at a time each project bringing the task further to fruition each day. The enjoyment and fulfillment is a kind of bliss. When my consciousness is open the work isn’t work.
Reading Srimad Bhagavad-Gita I was graced with jeevanmoksha 🙏

In the beginning of my own formation, I used to listen to this men a lot. In fact, everything is extremely simple.. How do we know what is right or wrong? We just know it, the truth is constantly living in us. How do we know that killing is wrong, betrayal is wrong, deception is wrong... etc.etc.etc..? We just know it. And. How did I feel that there is something seeming, something wrong, fallacious in this men? I don't know how, but I simply know it.

I’ve learnt the skill of working in a major industry without getting attached to the result. All I’ve done is dialed up my involvement in my work in other words- I’ve invested in the process of my work. I am obsessed with a problem so I just open a video of Sadhguru randomly, type it and hope to find answers. I also welcome everyone to share your idea about this topic. I found most pain in my life was brought by my parents, who have the closest relationship with me. When I feel depressed, they said, you are not strong enough. They said, why no one but you live depressedly.They said, it is all your fault. They said, you should pay more attention on your study but not your emotion. They said, a good student will not be influenced by depression because they focus on nothing but study. They said, you should work harder so you will not feel sad. I knew what they said is correct. I knew they love me. I knew the reason why I felt depressed is myself. But I just couldn’t feel ok.I still felt I was deeply hurt by the person I love most. Honestly in the bottom of my heart I haven’t forgive them. When I think about this I feel so sad.I do not know how to fix it.

Strictly, sit with yourself and draw the boundaries in your mind whatever the relationship you may come across family structure or any relationship When your boundaries are no more respected and destroyed by others then you get depressed and let them assimilate yours boundaries to none.This happen when you don't take stand and walk for yourself. Easy said than done right 😅 You have to find polite acceptable socially communicable way to tell people that you are not ok with it Tell them 2 or 3 times ( if in family) If they are ignorant or don't listen or ignore you then try to distance yourself from them mentally.
@himanshisharma4872 жыл бұрын
1.Don't ignore the problem confront the issue if then don't listen then distance yourself mentally work hard on yourself strictly don't tell anyone Make small goals and try to achieve it 2.Make friends, try to stay at home less or library, discuss topics study with people or classmates so that you won't loose confidence 3. Empower yourself with theoretical vicious experience of knowledge and wisdom and perspectives 4. Work towards creating opportunities for yourself that will take you to adventures, freedome and exposure you crave

Very good clarification. Now I understand what Devotion is. As the gentleman explains very well: Detachment from the fruits of our work consists of letting go of the worry and tension of reaching the goal and, on the contrary, enjoying their process in the present. Just as it is in devotion: Devotion can only be practiced with a contented heart immersed in the now, otherwise it is not devotion.
