It's so scary how accurate and agreeable you are. Insane. It's been so insightful, and I think the masses need to hear this type of real. It's like we all think we know how to be human and understand how we operate. Yet we struggle to be truly happy. Thanks so much ❤

Distance help to stop overthinking and see from far the reality if is an idealization or maybe has been manipulated, get in cold or freeze it even cut a future toxic relationship. Less attach, less dopamine, more peace, stay single and live without problems.

U R wonderful and pinned the donkey on this attachment style straight forward. Genius because sometimes ppl flash these signs and warnings and can be so misunderstood and break ups happened with no answers behind the" what just happened here" dilemma 😢 I am more secure but can get caught up with ppl that lose themselves when insecurities start to unravel negative thoughts. Best to all who can get a grip on themselves with love.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

I know I’m moving forward because this video addresses other aspects of my life. I have this type relationship with more people in my life although not at a romantic capacity, but I’m glad it still applies. I am also happy to discover that in the moment I made sure to express me needs and as to why and to delay gratification, to ignore the id and the anxiety which would consistently relay the opposite of reality. People are not thinking about me. They are confident and going about their day. I’m embarrassed by the factors that drove me into fight or flight mode with the people I would interact with, but I’m glad about the way I ended up handling it. I don’t like the anxiety it caused though, and I do feel shame and guilt about it. Thank you, always!

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

I recently went through a difficult breakup. My five year relationship ended few month ago, and it's been incredibly hard. I still have so much love for my ex boyfriend, and I can't seem to get him out of my mind. Despite my best efforts to win him back, nothing has worked, and the thought of being with anyone else feels impossible right now. I know it might sound odd to share this here, but I miss him deeply and can't stop thinking about him

The first year after a breakup is always the hardest. The first twelve months are insufferable, unbearable even but trust me you will prevail. The trick is to not force it. Don’t look for solutions just let it run its course eventually things get easier because you recondition your mind to get used to not being around your ex. In my case it took me eleven months until I started feeling much better in my mood and feelings. The process is different for everyone but trust me in time you will overcome it. Sounds like you are halfway there.

I had a fling with my sons mother 7 years ago during college. She had just graduated and moved to a bigger city and wasn't sure if he was mine. 6 years later, she had told me about my son, I always cared for her, and we tried to have a relationship. It didn't work out and unfortunately, she took her own life. I feel like now, I can't have a relationship without an anxious style.

Keep improving your life. Not improving yourSelf but your life in terms of Creating your world. When she sees that her being insecure doesn't stop you from doing that, she's either gonna begin to work on herSelf to become part of that world or remain complacent due to fear of change. If she remains complacent then you have to let her go as that can cause your world to collapse.

Hi Sadia thank you for guidance. Please Help!!!! I get connected a woman on dating app and she claimed to be a military personnel in mission out of state and the connection was great and the communication was fine and we taught very compatible for long term relationship and both of us optimistic to meet in person soon and take the relationship to the next level. However, she is coming with frequent request of gift cards with seemingly convincing needs claming that she can’t use her cards outside the U.S and the payment she is getting goes to blocked account and she can’t access it now. I comprised twice and sent her gift cards to keep the momentum of the connections. However, she came back with third request after I made it clear that it gonna be my last during my last provison. She keeps on insisting raising the issue consistently to send her again for the last time but which makes me so uncomfortable, l even became suspicious as the connection is only 12 days old..😮 . I am confused and not sure how to move forward. Your insight will be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Señorita Sadia esta muy bonita 😍 aparte de ser inteligente educada exitosa Brillante etc. Muchas gracias por su trabajo 👍 You say you're from Dubai and I heard that some societies on east (middle-east) are allow to have as many wifes as you can as long as you are economically capable to cover their needs. sorry I have no idea that's what i heard and I wonder if you had worked with this kind of men if yes what are the regular issues they have. i think this type of men (ones with harems) do not go to the psychologist but i'm just guessing. I would like to know your insights on this matter. maybe you already talked about this subject so if someone refers me to that video i'll see it. Thank you.

Yes I know of two instances she has said things on you tube, that are just OFF ! The conclusion I came to recently to not think about her too much is to get to know multiple women at once. Go out with them, that way you don't give all your attention to one. Then if you like one and want to date her, go from there. Get to know them first, then decide if you want to officially date one. It gives you an abundance mindset as well.

10:00 A committed relationship what ? Seriously ? In the middle east you're allowed to marry more than one, even in the United States Mormons are allowed to have more than one, so where is the one on one commitment in that ? Abraham in Genesis had Sarah and Keturah and Hagar, and King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines. So tell me where is the fun in just one woman ? that is like saying men can only have one vehicle ? Makes no sense, if one breaks down then what ? If one woman does not put out, then what ? Makes no sense at all !

As a Pakistani, muslim British citizen & therapist why is Sadia silent about the muslim Pakistani communities' complicity and silence about the grooming and raping of hundreds of young girls for years? It is hard to imagine a more devastating trauma than being repeatedly raped and then denied justice by the very people children so be able to count on to do so. As a female therapist, Sadia should at least address this explosive story.
