Rule 1 : Avoid early attachment Rule 2 : be vigilant and assess her character through her behaviour. If any red flags are detected, walk away or pull away a bit (pull away only if it's not a major red flag). Rule 3 : have strong boundaries and make them known. Rule 4 : always have the willingness to walk away whenever necessary. Rule 5 : value healthy values in a woman which are conducive to a healthy relationship more than her physical appearance. Rule 6 : meet all her needs, physically and emotionally. Rule 7 : be the best man she has ever had.

I think it’s simple, just always have guard up. It’s self care. It’s ok to be in love with someone, just understand and be ok with the fact that you don’t know what’s going through someone’s mind. I get what she says when she says women don’t want a sense of false security, men are supposed to be the backbone of the relationship in all matters. I’ve set boundaries early on in my relationship. It’s needed. But once again, keep your guard up and pay attention.

You can set boundaries, and ultimately not cheating should be an obvious one, but if that partner has no respect for you because they don't respect themselves.... Let me translate this again: - Even if a woman is in a relationship with you, she has so little ability to tell you'd cheat or not, she will not let it go until she finds her own value seen through the man's eyes. That validates the initial attraction apparently. - Experienced men know about this, which is why they don't take women too seriously in the beginning. After all, you'll be giving her potential opportunities in her head, for you to cheat. Don't show your power until she's attracted to you. Then she lets her walls down, which just means she doesn't look into the negative towards you by default. - Women need facts to make decisions, but its hard to check feelings that may lead to cheating. Especially if she herself has been ran through, she doesn't know what trust looks like. To those women, facts are something that can be weaponised against her, much like how friendliness and inticimacy can be used against men. - Men who are weak adapt to a woman's perspective BEFORE she is attracted. Strong men only do it towards the values or actions women have acknowledged to be attracted to. - Essentially an inexperienced man OR woman, do not know how to recognise the 'safety' in one another. That's why its a number game (in the beginning). - If you have trouble with intimacy, Sadia apparently has some material for you. But from what I've gathered, its marketing. In another video Sadia said every women has her own values, and therefore her own things to be attracted to. There is no universal manual to a woman's attraction aside from simply being superficially valuable (charm). - Both men and women have trouble to walk away. If both of you do, that's when you got something toxic in the making. Ironically real connection has value only when its negotiable (giving it is still a choice, and not a given). If you do not excersize this choice, you cannot walk away. Men are more likely to learn to walk away, as he has to do the initial investment (approach) initially (that isn't sex). here you go :)

Sadia makes a good point about men who have been with a lot of women, and how they have seen the "cheating side" of women. I've been with between 75-80 women (I know guys who have been with a LOT more). I'd say about 35-40% of the women I've been with had boyfriends, fiances, or husbands. Since I have personally witnessed that side MANY times, I just assume women are going to cheat.

She isn't on the money regarding men's attitudes to sex being the cause and women with low experience having difficulty finding a man. Her being a selective woman that hasn't played the field like the rest has given her a blind spot on that issue, despite being great on most other points she makes. I have no issues getting a date and I'll only select women with low experience. I'm not the only one by far. I'll also never commit to one with tattoos/high body count - and not because of a judgement of those things. Aside from the fact I don't find it attractive, I just acknowledge that the 'cause' of those things manifesting will also be the cause of her inability to pair bond in a healthy relationship with me. The outward manifestations themselves aren't the cause. She also didn't quite get the number of partners vs damage thing for men in another video suggesting its more damaging for men. In fact, its only more damaging if we bond during the encounter which for men, unlike women, doesn't happen during sex - it happens through other components of the experience and interaction. Commitment and resource allocation for example. As for if the bonding itself is more damaging to men - I'd say that's correct because we haven't evolved to have to deal with it like women have (war/invasion etc). It's just that we rarely bond due to sex and women exclusively do. If the clients she notices these patterns from had no issues with women, they wouldn't be consulting with her. As such, she notices the patterns specifically of the men with difficulties that need her help. When it comes to understanding and explaining women on the other hand, she's probably the best there is.

You described what is going on perfectly. I 've heard her say that there is not problem for women having a high body count but it is a huge problem if men have a high body count because they're more likely to cheat. There is substantial data showing that promiscuous women are more likely to cheat so her comment is completely false. I think she has good things to say but a lot of it comes from a very narrow perspective and a lot of it is just the same info repeated over and over on different podcasts.

@@knowledgelibrary1141 Totally agree. It's weird how accurate she is with so much except that, which is way off. I mean even the simple biology of how many women we can get pregnant a day vs women obviously reflects the situation. I think a few of her own fears coming to the surface on her opinions on that to be honest.

@ItsLaurenBiiTCH1 You are the most astute person here, and by default, the SMARTEST. Your observations are spot on👌 Yes . . . Sadia has had a very middle-class life and obviously, obviously amongst upper middle class, which provides a barrier. Here in Australia we refer to this caccooned environment as: Living in La La Land She also contradicts herself every third point. That is, Sadia will make a point and 3 sentences later, contradicts her main point. Non -sensual Rambling E.g. Men in today's society over value sex Really ? Hedonism and promiscuity by default demean sex into a base, meaningless animal act. As sex has no place in relationships in the West- USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and France - thrse relationships collapse after 3 months. They are just 3 months long one night stands.

Red flags 🚩? cheating? Why waste ur precious time analyzing whether the person is cheating or not. You simply cannot find out the ugly truth as people are wearing mask all the time. Instead listen to your gut feeling 😊 Ur intuition will send you signs if the person is not right for you.. also people who cheats (so called liars) have bad karmas so they might be going through their own lessons in life. Anyways this woman is beautiful and wise love her hair 😮

One thing that troubles me is the lack of precision with language. I get that it’s difficult and less sexy, but it’s technically more precise if you say a majority of men or a minority of men or a significant number of men as opposed to just men. Because then otherwise, I have to constantly address all of the assumptions that are being made while you’re speaking and that takes a lot of energy.

Picking your partner is always a risk for their wandering eyes and mind. To not get cheated on is to be high value, and lead by example and ahead of the curve for others to catch up to your life’s goals. If they cheat replace them, it’s their loss. ❤️‍🔥🙏🙌😉

Women cheat a lot more than men. (In general) That's just the way it is. Now, eventually, she will face the consequences. You see, women often leave a guy because they get bored or think they can do better. In reality, they left a good man. It's only later in the future by real bad experiences with real jerks that she thinks back about that good man. She realises her mistake. In the meanwhile, this good man has moved on. This guy is genuine, reliable, stable, and caring. I have seen it so many times women, really regretting leaving a good man. However, there's no way back. A good man has values, morals, honour, self-respect, dignity, and is strong inside. So even if he's still single, that woman has no chance to win him back.
