I’ve came across Dr. Amen in the past, in my over 16 year holistic health journey, and I always wondered if he was a believer or not. This makes me SO happy to hear he is! Gotta get his book. Thanks for this great interview.

I can only dream of meeting with Dr.Amen....i lost my stepdad in 2021 and ever since then I have been fighting my anxiety DAYLY...it's effecting my life in major ways...I can bearly get my son to and from school and practice. I pray for help...right now we are not doing the greatest financially and I have no health insurance so I am unavailable to get the help I want and need due to my situation. Videos like these do help me but I pray one day I can get the help I desperately want and need.

Yes thank you!! I used to stay home until our kids started school and then I started working and I still struggle with wanting more time with them! Definitely needed to hear that just 20 mins with them will keep us bonded.

Can I ask for prayers, I caught my gf lying and cheating, and my insecurities were used against me, and I stooped to her leve and said the meanest things i could to try and make her hurt like I was hurting. It's definitely over and I prayed that of it wasn't God's will to end it for me...a week later she wanted a *break* and ten was just toying with me. I'm hurt, broken, and terrified I'll play it on loop for years(it's what I have always done in the past). Please pray that I can forgive her in my mind and body, wish her the best and let go...please I'm scared and struggle with addiction. Also that I can forgive my bad reaction to the whole thing instead of giving her a hug and giving her stuff back. God bless you family....u are all I have rn

When it gets difficult, use it as an opportunity to draw nearer to God❤️ it may take time, but He will see you through it and every step will have a purpose. God bless you. God loves u all sm God bless any prayer requests or any questions? God sent his only son to die for u so live for Him (not trying to force) Gods got u and is in ur corner always, fighting for u, and the best way for u to fight is on your knees, praying. Start with journaling, prayer, worship, turn off bad music, verses, living like the fruit of the spirit each day. Nobody is perfect except Jesus. Its okay to make mistakes, we all do. Feel free to reach out nd talk for anything. ask God for wisdom in every situation. God loves u and so do i. Have a blessed day friend. Some of my fav verses: Matthew 19:26, John 3:16, Isaiah 30:21. Pick 1 fruit of the spirit today, and practice and live by it in all areas. Invite God into your life, every aspect and area. Trust the story because you know the author. If there is any prayers I can pray for y'all pls lmk!

Dr. Amen promotes new age practices:Dr. Amen promotes a non-Christian form of meditation known as Kirtan Kriya, which is 12 minute meditation exercise involving chanting that has its origins in Kundalini yoga. love you, wish i had a grl of your caliber in my life!!! some of the things he says to do i cant not meaning i can't do it, i literally cant....also my purpose i know it but that period is over, so now what's my purpose, 5 friends ha yea right, i wish, but ppl are evil n i push them away fast, leaving me alone, some things cant be fixed yourself, i cant make ppl i meet be good moral ethical etc, n that is what i expect because I'm those things......last where do i get a SPECT scan???????? i live in a backwards st left in the 1800s n no Dr has even heard of it.......
