One reason I love Ren, he talks about reality in real life situations. My son gets bullied hard core because he has GORGEOUS red hair... and this song has helped him a lot, remembering that there's no reason to stress about what he was born with. My son is 11 and has been admitted to a mental hospital twice already for ideations of self harm.... It's a gross world, and Ren is spreading the word of how to make it better. Loving ourselves is a great first step.

Yep, he’s amazing. He actually deserves the gushing. Poor baby. Some of the Renegades are really ticked off at him this week. I really wish someone would step back and appreciate how lucky we are that that’s even possible. The fact that he’s allowed us into his life enough that it’s even possible to have arguments with him. That’s unheard of. The fact that he loves us enough to put fingers on keyboard and write down suggestions on how to approach our own illnesses. He was just sharing the things that helped him the most on his own journey. He was even careful about how he worded things. In this situation I think he’s being taken for granted. Damn, talk about under appreciation. Great reaction. I apologize for venting. 😉💙🇺🇸💙✌️

I was reading some of those negative comments too. I think it’s okay to say you don’t agree with what he said, but to ‘attack’ him for what he said would be advice to his younger self… that was unfair. I don’t blame you for venting. ✌🏻♥️

Why were Renegades having a go at Ren? I hope they don't start expecting constant Messiah like behaviour, that perfectly and exactly meets their World view. No deviation allowed? Apart from anything else, it's impossible to be perfect for one person, never mind for millions of, all very different people, Whatever it was, we need to remember that Ren's one of the good ones! He's a thoroughly decent human being.

@@RetroToMetroReactions It’s important to always have his back. He has ours. He really works hard trying to give back to us. So much of the stuff he’s been doing lately has been for us. He’s not making money off the “Chapters”. He created them to help us. I buy multiples of his merch to support him. I have 2-3 of each vinyl, CD, and digital copies. His toys and clothing. Ren and the Renegades have a nice little “family” that supports one another. It’s beautiful how we’ve managed to build this together. I proud of the way we look after each other. I’m proud to be a part of it. 😉💙🇺🇸💙✌️

@@woodywoodman2319 He told us advice he would have given his younger self to help him survive his illness in the worst years. He said he would have stressed that your illness is not your identity. He mentioned constant support group interaction wasn’t healthy for him. It really made some of us angry. I’m very sick, but I actually agreed with him. I need to fight to try to be normal and get through each day. Some people became quite enraged with him. I was ashamed at how some people spoke to him. I understood their anger, but it was wrong. I think they made him feel bad. 😉💙✌️😬

Fellow Renegade here. This is the first time I watch your channel. Thank you for your open and honest reaction. I am a mom of twin sons. They are now in their mid-20’s. It is very challenging to parent especially once they become young adults. There were times it felt like watching a train wreck without being able to stop it. I obviously don’t know the details of what you’re dealing with so I don’t know if this helps. But I found that letting them make their own mistakes and learn from them was best. As a mom you want to protect them but it only delays their growth. Both of my sons have graduated college, have good jobs and are financially independent. They both have moved out on their own. I still have moments when I catch myself worrying about them. I lean into my faith. I hope this helps even if it’s just a little. Sending prayers to you and your son. Your son will find his way. Whatever you both are going through will make you both stronger. 🙏🏼

I guess no one knows the fail safe way to raise a child and if other complications are mixed in like for example having a girl on the spectrum scale make it worse so much worse. How can we help our children when manuals for those children who end ups outside of the "normal template" hasn't been written, has been written but far from in extends and has been written but it's about boy's on the spectrum scale. I like the idea of your new channel. First parents can tell what they're missing and then professionals can say their "sh*t"😁 and in the end it will be parents helping other parents by sharing experiences and how they have handled it (back to the normal state of how a lot of things works). 🤓🇸🇪
