Watched your video last week, immediately set up an ad, and now I've already gotten about 9 leads. You weren't lying, people really seem to like casual videos/posts. I think the messaging option makes it less intimidating. Three things I noticed- it seems like Facebook is messaging people with the prompt without them even clicking the 'Send message,' is that right? If so, that's awesome! Other thing, most of the people messaging me are interested in quotes and don't want to pay for the estimate/service call fee. It's great that these ads are bringing in people, but now we have to rethink how we want to price things because they're obviously price shopping. Lastly, a few of the leads send us their number and we call but they never reach back out. Feels fishy. Are people with fake accounts doing this? Thanks for the great advice! Glad the videos helped. Thanks for watching and commenting. 1. The ads display the initial message that appears as if you are responding. It feels less intrusive and more natural conversational but they don't actually become a lead unless they reply. Everything else after this is part of the sales process so you have to think of things a bit different (this is where most companies struggle bc they've been doing things the same way for ever and can't adapt) Sell how you buy. Today's customer is different than the customer 30yrs ago. They need to be engaged and nurtured very differently. For example, you mention "price shopping" in reality EVERYONE price shops, there isn't a single person I know that honestly doesn't request several quotes etc. That's part of today's world and happens on every platform. To fix this and better your odds of converting you need TRUST & instant gratification. It's rare that someone picks up a call from an unknown number in today's world. So, what you need are automations. Gather the phone number and instantly send them a text, call leave a VM and follow up via text. Then do this over and over. Follow up follow up follow up, ideally with automations so you don't have to do it manually. If you don't reply to the leads instantly you'll lose the leads. Doing this has allowed us to convert 20-30% of the leads in some cases I've seen higher conversions. Obviously this depends on the service you're providing as well. Hope this helps.

@@mohamedzkr9402 We offically booked one job out of the 10 messages which was valued at $1600 so definitely a good ROI! One other lead was wanting to save our contact for future needs and we never heard again from the other leads.

For us we like messenger and lead ads because it gives us a lower cost per results. We’ve got it dialed to filter more qualified leads. Landing page ads work great too but I’m finding Facebook liking messenger and lead ads a bit. For targeting it depends on what we’re promoting but usually local business just has a radius location.

At the time of the recording of this video the ads interface was a bit different than what it currently is. It happens a as Facebook changes things, however the core features remain the same.

The Ad copy does all that. It will do 90% of the targeting. There very rarely is a need to stack up interest like before unless you know an interest is 100% inclusive or all your ideal client.

BC some messaging ads aren't and option in the UK due to privacy, you'll want to check the Facebook ads policy to see what's allowed.

Depends on how the business operates. For example: if an appointment is booked then the automations move the contact to the proper stage. If a quote is given but not signed then automation move them to the correct stage. In some businesses a sales person works the leads then they move them accordingly

They can but they require a very solid follow up process. The money will be made on the back end as restaurants are very low margins.
