I know that feel bruh :( But in blue/red its extremely easy. the one line of water to the right of cinnabar island will always spawn pokemon from the area youve been in last. soo.. if youve been in the safari zone and in the area where you can find like chansey and kangashkan.. you fly right back to cinnabar and should find em easily without them beeing able to escape o: man explaining things in english is really hard sometimes XD
