Safariland Mid-Ride setup

By far my favorite way to run the Safariland line of holsters. The mid-ride offers just enough drop to clear armor while still keeping the holster within reach in any shooting position. The leg strap is definitely a must with this setup, without it like I said in the video the holster will tilt and keep you from drawing the handgun. I will try to get the True North bracket soon to compare the two. This setup is cheap, reliable, and makes a real difference when using it on your "war belt". True north is the way to go. And make it a more negative cant.

Are mid rides g2g on drawing with a plate carrier? (Jpc 2.0) or is low ride recommended. Trying to run a mid for in n out of vehicles i feel a lowride would be difficult

Mid ride is my go to, doable in a vehicle while still clearing a carrier! Id go with a true north MHA if you want something really nice!

@@RedactedGear i live by aimsurplus and they have the true north adapter. So i just need the actual safariland holster? No qls fork? I geuss the true north is the mount

You can mount the holster right to the mha or you can add the qls fork, I personally recommend the qls incase you get any other holsters
