Looks like we are going to be waiting a long long time for any sort of research and help coming from it

STOP! REST AND PACE. Love this wonderful video and its inclusion of the lived experience of LC patients and the ME community, which I am a lifelong member of.

Pacing not only includes physical but also mental and emotional exertion. ie merely having a visitor for a cuppa can mean several days recovering.

Damn this whole pacing thing sounds hard, especially since one of my main symptoms is akathisia (restlessness and mental agitation)

This video is wonderful as always. I have no help, and didn't have any for the majority of the last 3 years. Your videos really help. I am also teaching a session on Long Covid in one of my university courses this Thursday! Your video is now the start of our seminar part! Will you have a German version soon?

Thank you 🙏🏻 we will be continuing to work on translations. They do take time to ensure they are right and culturally specific. But we will continue to work hard to deliver them.

I got a question, why does graded exercise worsen the patient? Controlling and little by little increasing the amount of exercise should be improving right?
@mareikesommer24364 күн бұрын
For me it works. Everytime I increase it s hard and I have small crashes, but it worked over the months. But I have to do it without a fixed plan.
