I had Long COVID for 4 months last year and was out of work for 9 months. One of my symptoms not enumerated in the Mayo Clinic bulletin was extreme shortness of breath. Had fatigue, extreme brain fog, difficulty sleeping, upset stomach, loss of balance, pins and needles in the limbs. Therre were days I thought I'll never wake up. Then there are days when I don't want to wake up. It took a lot of effirt to get even a quarter of my strength back. Glad it's being acknowledged widely now as some people think I'm just making this all up or it's just like the Omicron variant where after a week or two, you're well. Until you get it or someone you know get it, you'll probably won't know how didficult and life-changing it is

Same. Just keep pushing. Eat healthy, go to bed earlier and don’t stress about sleep. Anything that disrupts my sleep leads to anxiety/depression, coughing, brain fog so no drinking or staying up late. Working out daily has helped. I’ve had these symptoms now for three years. I see no end in sight, so I’m learning to just live with it. I’m pretty sure everyone in my life believes I’m making it up, but I’m legit at about 25% the energy I had before Covid. I have a feeling the virus is still living in us and there some sort of weird bacterial or viral growth in the gut that flares up. I’m praying they find a quick fix like a pill or something. 🙏

Rodney, You’re not alone, incl the way your GP reacted. I got COVID two times, the first at the beginning of 2020, the second autumn 2022. And got long Covid from the first follow by all kind of neurological and mental issues the second time. What is very important is healthy food, supplements like vit B, C and D, omega 3 and 6 fish oil, antioxidants, healthy sleep with if needed melatonin. Stay moving and “active” but practise Pacing. Find out after what time you get tired from a task and stop before that point. So let’s say after an hour standing or walking, rest after 3/4 hour. Lay down, eyes closed relax. I am recovering slowly, but it takes a lot (4 years) of patience. 💪👍

Chronic Lyme has nearly exact same symptoms as Long Covid. Chronic Lyme patients have WORSE treatment than Covid patients. It's political disease. Something very wrong with M.Ds. They Hate change. They hate learning something new. Biggest skeptics in the world. Slowest profession on the face of the Earth to move forward, embrace the new research. Doctors in Western Medicine feel they paid their dues and studied Long & hard in medical school and that's enough for them. Most practicing 20 years behind the research. It's always been this way going back 100s of years. If you have a doctor gaslight you and tell you they don't believe in Long Covid and here's your antidepressant rx, what they are really telling you is they don't have the time the energy or the motivation to learn about a new disease in order to help you. The prescription for antidepressants is there go to in these types of situations. Best wishes locating new doctor. Try Cardiologist that treats POTS or Functional Medicine doctor that treats Lymes

You need to do a case study or AB test for clotting for people who had natural CV19 vs those who had the jabs AND got covid. My hunch is those who took the jabs have far more clotting. It's a terrible battle. The suffering does not end. Thank you so much. I wasn't sure what was going on, but the next day I woke up without symptoms. The day after that, I woke up without symptoms and the day after that and the day after that. It has now been nearly 7 months and I have been completely healed and delivered miraculously from this horrible sickness. I can only give Jesus Christ the credit because I believe that he showed up that night and delivered me from illness. I am so thankful every day that I can function normally again. Hey, I had cough with lots of phlegm too for over 6 months after covid, it just wasnt going away. I insisted my GP let me try a steroid inhaler even though I dont have asthma, within a week of using it my cough was nearly gone and after two weeks fully gone. I stayed on it for a few months tapering down to zero, came off it and the cough stayed gone. Steroids switch off the overactive immune response which causes the cough and phlegm

My wife and I had Covid back in December 2020. She almost died from it (was hospitalized) I got over it in a week. But here’s the difference, She got her taste and smell back within a week or so after recovery. It’s now 2024 and I started getting my taste and smell back except. Food doesn’t taste the same and smells don’t smell the same. One example is, I was driving one day and came across this smell and made the comment “what is that bad smell”? My wife looked at me kinda strange and said “that’s a skunk”! I can recognize there is an Oder in the area but that’s about it. Gasoline smells different food tastes different. I don’t know what to do to get things back to normal. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever get my taste and smell back.

Also, not everyone with Long Covid is even capable of walking. Graded Exercise Therapy is actually counterindicated for some with LC, especially where the consequence is PEM and can permanently damage the person's baseline. For some people "small and simple tasks" like standing up to do a light chore can cause PEM, nevermind walking. LC is not the same as "Post Viral Fatigue and nothing more" it's a lot more complex than that and shouldn't be reduced or minimized to make it more simple. I implore you to do more research.

In Nova Scotia, Canada with a population of a bit over one million, there was no co-vid period. About 10,000 people die every year. In 2020, less people died than during a normal year. It is alleged that 65 died with co-vid, 54 came from the same long term care building, the average age of death was 83, three years above the average age of death. The administrator of the long term care home admitted that she had been pressured to list as co-vid deaths people dying in long term care from stage 4 brain cancer. I come from a village of 3000 people. One doctor predicted that over 400 people would die from co-vid. We are in 2024 and we are still waiting for the first victim.

We have used the ArtemiC Rescue and ArtemiC Support combo, and it worked well for us for both short and long covid. You can find out more by typing it in. For either covid or long covid: First I use ArtemiC Rescue, which is a pump spray, 5 pumps in the morning, and 5 pumps at night at least half an hour before eating. After 2 days the bottle is finished. Second I use ArtemiC Support, which is a pipette, 0.5ml in the mornings and 0.5ml at night at least one half hour before eating. After 30 days the bottle is finished.

What about those of us with endothelial damage after covid? My veins all over my body are bulging and turning bright blue. I developed venous insufficiency in my superficial and deep veins in my legs. I suddenly developed varicose veins on my legs. My arm and hand veins are bulging like crazy and I look like I'm decades older because of my bulging blue veins. I also have the rest of the long covid symptoms, intense brain fog, gait change, wobbly uncoordinated movements, GI issues, gallbladder and pancreas issues, AMA showed up in bloodwork which signals possible liver disease, chronic left sided back, chest, arm, and shoulder pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, cognitive issues, visual disturbances, low blood pressure, bradycardia, POTS, etc. What do we do? Just do the things mentioned in this video? Is that going to reverse, repair, and stop endothelial damage to our veins? Is there any hope?

Wow, this video represents the lack of understanding in the medical community. I have had Long Covid for over two and a half years. By definition you don't have Long Covid unless your symptoms last over six months. Also the fatigue and brain fog persist throughout but other symptoms vary. Digestive issues change over time as does clotting. It is a little like getting on a roller coaster, your on a ride with terrifying turns in all directions. What I dislike about this video is lack of clarification of severity of those that suffer. The scale is Mild, Moderate, Severe and Extreme. This scale goes from being able to do most things, but not all to not being able to get out of bed. I hope later videos give a better representation of the reality of Long Covid.

I am no doctor, however I would like to share my experience treating long covid. I won't waste time telling my whole story, but I will cut to the chase. I was able to overcome covid using antihistamines, Benadryl or Loratadine, others would probably work as well. I used a mega-dose of Loratadine >10 10mg pills every four hours for one day. Also, a single dose of benedryl helps but I believe that a higher dose is required to actually give your body a chance to rid itself of the virus. It may take days to actually completely rid your body of this, you should also go on a home, clothing, and furnishing cleaning program, I found myself often going from feeling great to becoming re-infected. I would talk to my physician on the possibility of using this to help, he might recommend a regimen which you could try which he would determine to be safe for you.
