How do I schedule them during the POs during the breakout sessions. I need help on this please

This Works fine if your stories are independent of each other (INVEST) but in practice this is mostly not the case. Especially for complex software with a lot of layering. E.g. from application to a server to hardware interaction.

Thank you so much sir for this series of PI Planning videos. Pls excuse me , I have a question and it's slightly away from the current topic. For example In my newly built SAFe framework, there are 8 scrum teams in the ART. 5 teams have certified SAFe scrum master and 3 teams have Certified advanced scrum masters. Now, what does the organization/PO/RTE expect from Certified safe scrum master and certified SAFe ADVANCED scrum master? Pls answer sir 🙏

I feel the RTE expectation should not change based on which certification SM has done. RTE has to mentor and coach SM for their job. So SM in SAFe should enable the team and also work closely with RTE to enable the whole ART in achieving PI Objectives.

How do you work with 6 POs during PI PLANNING breakout sessions 🤔
@izenbridge2 жыл бұрын
It depends upon what role are you playing and what is the goal of working with each team PO while the team is doing PI Planning. Doing every hour Po-SoS might be a good idea if you are PM for that ART.

Ho do we arrive /calculate capacity in terms of story points. Story points are essentially ratio between two items of work. A week will have 45 X No of Resources as the total available hours capacity assuming 9h/day. So how does one convert this weekly or monthly available hours into story points .
