Safety Denied. Simcoe County Student Bus Consortium SCSTC

Unsafe Bus Stop. This is the location the SCSTC Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium has deemed safe in their bus stop change denial letter we received. Our family initiated the bus stop change request with the bus driver on the first day of school. He informed us he was not in a position to change it. We took our concerns to our daughter's school who heard us out and agreed to formally request the bus stop change. A few days later, we received a denial letter from the Simcoe County Bus Consortium citing a policy of acceptable walking distance and a safe bus stop location. Does this appear safe to any reasonable person? I'll add that after picking our daughter up in this dangerous location, the bus then turns onto our street and drives past the safety of her driveway approx. 200 meters away.
