No...literally....the safety man reports to management...which is literally then that company's decision to keep the person or to let them go lol idk where you think that a company that subcontracts another company to come and basically take notes would allow that subcontractor to make ANY kind of decision like that 😂 and if you really think that's how it works then you should really get out and get to know how some real multi-million dollar companies actually run their operations. The safety guy would most likely get fired from the safety company that got hired to perform that work, and then that company would most likely lose business from the company that hired them as well, if there wasn't any kind of legal ramifications that could arise from such a situation as well, because the safety company would have no record of any contracts that may have been signed between another contractor and the company that hired the safety company.

Now when i put them on for the boss they fog up..i take them off. I wipe them. I put them on..they fog, i take them off. Wipe them..put them on. Etcc. This went on for 20 full minutes before the boss walked away and said do what you got to do. You will spend so much money trying to fix a tire that nothing is wrong with.
@saintlynnie40372 жыл бұрын
My brothers used to flatten my ex's tires to bilk him for money to change them for him. Then one day they got the valve stem breaker and fucked his whole week up. I tried to get them to stop that shit because it started to affect my money... Told them they can't keep torturing him if I'm gonna end up paying for it. In hindsight, he was an asshole that deserved far worse for what he put me through. Hell, one night I sent him up to the store to pick up some drinks for the house and what should've been a 20 minute trip at the most ended up with him being gone for four hours (he said he lost track of time in the magazine aisle, yeah right). I suspected he was out cheating on me after the second hour went by (he was, but at the time I didn't really have any proof, so I couldn't really confront him with that accusation). I waited on the porch for him to get home and started getting worried after the first hour passed. Worried and a little paranoid after the second hour. By the third hour I was getting angry and my neighbor said I should let him hit my bf with a stun gun when he finally got back. I told him no, that that was a little too messed up. After the fourth hour went by, I told my neighbor to go ahead and get it because I was highly pissed off at that point. Not to long after that, my bf comes pulling up in the driveway and got out of the van. I ran up to him and gave him a big hug, telling him I was so worried about him, at the same time, my neighbor snuck up behind him and once he gave me the signal, I let go and my neighbor hit him in the nape of the neck with the stun gun. Dropped him like a sack of taters. I claimed no knowledge of this plot and he chalked it up to the fact that my neighbor and brothers were always screwing with him when we all lived together. Shit still makes me laugh to this day thinking about it. He and I ended up breaking up a year later when I came home from work early one day and walked in to find him balls deep in some random chick. I saw red. She saw the daggers in my eyes and pleaded, saying she didn't know he had a girlfriend. I just told her to leave because my fight was with him, not her. She ran out of the house in nothing but her shirt because apparently I was standing where her pants were and she didn't want to get near me as she left the room. I looked at him while he was blabbering about he could explain. I took my cell phone out and threw it at him saying "call the cops". He looked at me confused, "w-what? Why call the cops?" And I reared back with a "cause you're gonna need 'em" as I hit him dead in the eye with enough force to shatter his orbital. Ended up taking him to the ER and they had to put a plastic disc in his face. I was lucky he didn't press charges, because he could've full well done so... But I guess he knew he was wrong for what he did and that he deserved every bit of it. I told him to pack his shit and leave when we finally got back from the hospital. Sorry for the long story. Here's a potato. 🥔
