I was robbed in San Telmo neighborhood recently . My watch was snatched off my wrist while walking. Do not bring valuables to this place. I made the mistake of not reading the room before traveling to BA. Great video!

That's unfortunate. I was actually worried before arriving my first time a few years back. But I made some adjustments and now I roam the streets without a care in the world. Word gets around rather quickly if spotted with something very expensive, and you can get robbed in broad daylight. It's sad and unfortunate. Sorry that it happened to you, glad you're fine.

Thanks again Buddy. I'm awning to stay a month or so in BsAs, preferably in Belgrano, Coghlin, or the Zona Norte. Are they safe to walk around in the late evening or at dawn? I'm also interested in spending some time in Necochea and Tandil. Are they safe areas?

Yes all safe areas. I walk around after midnight in those areas often. No worries.

It was actually the heart of Palermo SoHo and during busy time. Most people are having dinner I think.
