Thank you so much for these great tutorials. I had wanted to start parkour for about a year, but I never knew how. Thanks to your tutorials I've been training for 5 months now and having tons of fun.

@LaFlairParkour: Dude, I have to say, these are the most comprehensive and accessible tutorials I've ever seen. I already had quite a library between PKGen, APK, and DemonDrills, but these are the ones I'm pulling from as I'm writing curriculum for the class I teach. In just a few classes, I've got a guy who's never done Parkour cleanly nailing vaults, precisions, and building skills that will take him far and keep him healthy for a long time. Thank you for the excellence you put into these.

Love your tutorials man. I've been practicing pk/fr for some while now but i think it awesome that you do parkour for beginners and welcome them in a great manner. Much support!

Thank you for this tutorial!!! You break down the steps really well and I liked how you had the slow-mo vaulting from different angles because then it gave me a chance to watch in slow motion after learning the steps.

@joemdude Parkour is all about progression, If you were to build a room 5 stories up but there were no stairs or ladders or anything to climb up, we would never be able to get in that room. With out a proper understanding of our basics we can not advance. You must learn to fall before you attempt to fly.

I learned the lazy vault without needing any steps like this, but it's good to have tutorials for people who don't know and are just beginning
@audacity137510 жыл бұрын
this video is not about the lazy vault.
@Justin_GFM10 жыл бұрын
Jonathan Deutsch He said that this style of "vaulting" would be needed to do the lazy vault. I clearly stated that I didn't need this step to do the lazy vault.
