missbeans i did it for my gel nail polishes, I just made a small circular drop of hot glue in an old plastic card, painted the little drop with the polish and then glued it on the top of the brush/lid it’s really helpful

Saf, you can revive broken powders/eyeshadows/blushes etc by breaking them up more into dust, putting rubbing alcohol in them and pressing them down with a spoon. I've tried it and it works.

I used to be able to wear the same outfit for a week without washing it but then I grew up and now I have to wash my clothes. I also used to be able to keep my hair in the same plait for ages and sleep in it and only take it out to wash it (which used to be rarely)

Okay but I never really watched Safiya before but now I just have to subscribe. Her speaking is so articulated and her vocabulary is more broad than other youtubers, whilst still remaining relatable. It’s hard to find that mix. I also appreciate how she puts other videos in her description to promote others. Lovin this!

Plus she’s very hands on, a lot of people in the industry only do parts of the video creating process which is actually frustrating and can ruin the feel of the videos because all parts are working separately, she knows how to do it all because of working at buzzfeed and now she can put it all together into each individual video rather than being part of a factory style assembly line. She’s also got a lot of respect for other creators and everyone involved in the video from idea conception to end product and makes sure to credit them because she hated being uncredited in the past

I do that with my nail varnishes, put a dot of white on all the lids as a base then a dot of the actual nail varnish colour. I now keep them in a step-like container so I don't need that but it was very handy when they were in a box.

Not me, I have 2 lipstick (nude, berry) 1 foundation 1 blush/bronzer it’s a soft brown 2 eyeshadow (light and dark brown) 1 Mascara Now, how did I get this stuff? I was shopping with a friend (I dislike shopping, but I like foodcourts and shops where a funny machine makes orange juice, and I needed something fancy for a celebration thing, so I agreed to come) and we were in this makeup shop. My friend had like 10 shades of berry on her hand, and she asked me wich one I liked. They all looked the same to me, so I just dabbed my finger at her hand and Said „that one“. She told me I should buy it too, my makeup was „sooo dull“. So that’s how I aquiered my only not brown make up article.
