Hi Gary, Bill was keen to use them. They are a kick arse faction, I just danced away from him a bit. Fun game and useful as in a couple of weeks playing in my first tournament in years and needed to practice the scenario

@@grahamswargamevault2635 I love them. They can be played defensively or offensively. Certain combos are evil, but really eat up the saga dice. You played it exactly as you should have done. That said, it appeared that when shooting at the wagons/baggage, the vaunted Mongol horse archers couldn’t hit the side of a barn from the inside! I wasn’t sure about the javelin armed levy before the game when you showed the forces, and remain so having seen the game.

I have found this scenario to be one of the more unbalalced ones. Thanks for posting the game.

Completely agree, played in a tournament today, with preset terrain and with deployment distance reduced from l +m to just l, it worked better but still not perfect.

Not that I mind some terror unleashed on the Scots (I believe they are called "The English" normally) but does the matchups out off... synch balance well? I thought Viking era and Crusader era was hard to combind.
