First thing we need to fix is security . Without security nothing flourish . To feel the sense of security and build the trust within the system we need to address some issues . 1) Problem now is , Member in the Justice system has been politically appointed which must be stopped . This will stop corruption and anarchy . 2) Trade union must be banned . Identity based institution within government must bring to halt . This stops groupism ,racism and mass violence . 3) Security personal must be well trained, educated and well equipped . This will convince the people that security personal respects law and justice will be served .
