they just tell what can cause a problem with suspension but we still do not know what’s the voltage on compressor plugs (release pressure sensor and pump) , should the engine run during multimeter checks ? what’s the size of fuse in passenger legs compartment? location of compressor relay under the hood ? how to check compressor relay with multimeter ? all that is very important yet we have just guide where roughly problem might be ...

I replaced mine when they popped with Arnott bags. A noticeable advantage is that they relieve pressure a minute after turning off the car. The OEM seemed to decend after quite a long time.

The exhaust hanger near the level sensor might need some love next. Lucky that plug didn't start a fire as well.

Very informative video. I have some same W211 wagon and just had both airbags replaced due to leaks and one side is now slightly higher than the other side. I do not have full Airmatic just airbags on the rears only. Is there any adjustments that can be made so that both rear wheels ride at the same height? Any pointers would be welcome.

I have compressor not turning on. What fuses should I look to to verify power. Stayed working fine for 2 weeks. I have New AMK compressor/new relay and a new Air Suspension Valve Block. 2011 GL450

A9/1y1 Airmatic pressure release valve or level sensor at the back. Check if you can hear any air loss near compressor or rear air bags. Id say if you have small hole in air bag it wont go down very quick, but if You hear air loss near compressor then its A9/1y1 as in my situation loss of air was quick.Good video overall.

You look honest and you telling us honestly my daughter did by Mercedes-Benz 204 right passenger it goes real low especially if you don't drive it for one or two days and it kills your battery even the car is off I did not know how to begin now I know what to do I am hoping what do I learn from you today will be one of the doors problem I do not need to buy the airbag got a very expensive and no guarantee first thing I do check the fuse check the wire I cannot get underneath the car I am already man so you saying bring the card down to the ground and let the pump is going to work and I will find out where the leak is so beautiful it is not you are just handsome your work is handsome too don't worry I'm not a gay LOL if there's any more problem allow me to respond to you thank you

Could the air pressure depressurize all the way out if the vehicle is left on the lift for to long?

I have a 2017 Cadillac XTS and I just replaced the air springs. My sat up for a week then went back to sagging in the back. I hear the compressor try otp raise but the car won’t raise. What could it be?

Hi I am considering buying a Mercedes e class 280 estate the owner has had some work done on the air suspension rear air bags..? if I Understood him right. But there is still this intermittent fault I lost the bit wear you fixed that issue.. Was that the fix with the wire..? Will it be mostly same on most cars.. If this is the issue in UK costs how much would electrician charge to fix please...?

Hi I have a 2007 CLS 550 and its throwing the airmatic code: "Power Supply Valves Short Circuit to Ground" I checked for continuity on each electrical plug going into the valve block and there wasn't any. The resistance was greater than 1.5 ohms. Is there supposed to be continuity or is there only when the relay activates? Do i likely have a break in the wire? Can you please help me im really stuck!!!!

I have mercedes e220 w213 when the car is started it lifts up it shows no errors but when you turn car off the car goes down there is no specific time, sometimes it stays up for half an hour, sometimes it stays up for 15 hours.. Can you please help and tell me what this is?

Hi there.. I changed my front airmatic suspension from my w212 350cdi 4matic with a new original mercedes/monroe. Problem is that the car seems to be a little bit higher than before, does not absorbe shoks that well, like the airbag does not work.. and it feels a bit like a boat... No errors changing from comfort to sport or raising the car.. what can it be?

Hey I have a 2014 Mercedes CLS550. When I first start my car it’s good then after like 30-60 minutes the stop vehicle vehicle too low message comes up and it’ll keep coming up. I’ll have to turn off car then turn it back on for it to stop then start again after a bit. Sometimes my car will sit low but not like low where it’s at the tires just lower then normal. It’s the front of the vehicle. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Okay I have a 2014 gl 450 the vehicle hits a bump while driving feels like I have no suspension and back in sways shocks seems to be stiff no bouncing when I push for vehicle to be raised it dose with no problems and stays at that height any ideas I'm about to take into shop but still want your insight.

+DaBaltimoron Thanks for checking us out! The air bags were not holding air as they should. It would be the best to go through all of the steps in order to narrow down the problem area. We cannot diagnose a vehicle online however if you follow these steps you should be able to. You can also take this to a mechanic and they will be able to help out and find where the issue is.

Nice video, my w221 mb suspensions are working well but the car shakes a lot on tiny bump & it seems it is not rigid enough. I know s class are very soft and comfy while driving , but it is not . What’s the problem ?

YOUCANIC SCANNER $499 ...I realize this question is 2 years old. I just want to answer it in case anyone comes looking.. If you own a Mercedes there is a scanner that does most everything. The best part is the price is more than fair for backyard mechanic.

I got a w211 airmatic 2007 I've replaced the compressor new relay new rear air bags Both sides new front right air strut when I start the car I can hear the the compressor engaging but sometimes compressor stops and message malfunction comes up..when is not malfunctioning and the car raises the next day the car is down ONLY at right front and right rear Any ideas???
