@Matthew Rendenm when the cameras are off is that not what alot of police do? Do I think some he goes overboard? Yes! But is it really over bored? Maybe in the context of a person to person situation yeah but that's not what hes fighting for I'd even say he abuses his civilian laws to a degree to have power over the police but again on a daily basis they do exactly that and hes trying to say if they dont like him doing what hes doing using the law to talk shit and do all these things that a cop/human would normally shut down because they just don't like it Why is it okay for them to do it to him? Sometimes I wish he was nicer especially to the chiller ones But yeah man he has to be consistent they should be able to to keep they're cool in intense situations but they dont they constantly abuse they're power even for situations that don't require it they get drunk off power so like I understand you calling him a bully and what not but we know James we know what he does he films and alot of times they dont like it Now imagine someone who didn't know all his rights and what to say when they try to unlawfully impose their will the situation could easy turn south I've seen soo many people arrested for recording at a distance I get what your saying but I get what hes doing He has to treat them this way Because alt of times they do exactly this They dont look at things on a situation basis neither should he

I agree with both of the above Crunchy and Lisa, the settlements should not be paid for by a tax funded settlement pot, half should be paid for by the police union, and half by the officers who violated rights. I wish more of these cases were brought before the DOJ, because they don't screw around when putting federal criminal charges and prison time on officers who infringe on citizens' civil rights. Do a Google search on it, just try several combinations of words until you begin finding more articles and direct statements by the DOJ. Just obey the blue. (Cough) James, one of your followers subbed to me because of my comments but one day he saw my "thin blue line" sticker on the back of my vehicle... And he dumped me seconds later. Maybe he thought I was a traitor? My thin blue line is official and registered and it says so right on the bottom of it. My service is verified. The reason I have my "thin blue line" sticker on my truck is so that I have something to throw back at them when they become tyrannical, I said last week, "Yes that's a registered thin blue line. I didn't buy that sticker at a truck stop. It came from official source, and it says so right on it. The reason I have it and am proud to display it is because I pride myself in my non-tyrannical behavior in service, and if you have a thin blue line I your vehicle, I'm going to recommend to appropriate authorities that they have you remove it, since you're breaking the code of ethics that allows you to have that thing blue line. An an unregistered thin blue line is illegal to have, anyway, and 99% of the stickers you see today are unregistered." They go into shock when I tell them they're not worthy of the thin blue line. But it stands for integrity, honor of oath and service to the people. It's not a damn gang sign which is what they're using it for now. So, brother who subbed me but dumped me when you found out I am ex-cop, you're welcome back to sub me once again. We're on the same side. I can't really go out there doing videos because of my background but I am supporting you guys (my favorites, James, Justin, Daymond, David NNH, etc...) financially and by connecting you with legal help. I am documenting what's going on here. what I'm doing is a Constitutionally protected activity...I am not interfering with you, you don't interfere with me. Turn around and walk away." "The Supreme Court disagrees with you. So shut up and walk away." "I am documenting this...because it's my Right to do so. The people want to see what you're doing and we have every damn right to see it." Best line; "You're still doing this, and I need you doing this." "sit on the curb while we figure out who you are. Are you under investigation?" Your ending comments were beautiful. "We're done with the compromise, we're going to assert all of our Rights, we've got the rulings, the case laws, and especially here in the 9th District. We've got ruling after ruling. We're going to be working towards personal accountability because we're tired of suing the taxpayer over what you guys are doing. We're going to be coming after you personally to make you responsible for your own actions" Blue ISIS. This is so prevalent nationwide. This may seem to be a long battle, but not as long as we think as this INSTANT world will make a difference immediately. It is making a HUGE difference now.

That's the same COP that accosted James at the very beginning of the interaction. He got cowed by James at the beginning, and ran back to the protection of his gang. Now that his gang leader is here, he's backing him up (while the rest of the COPS, the *GOOD* ones, ignore James and continue with their duties). This COP just can't wait until the SGT gives him the go-ahead to put hands on James. He's practically salivating.

@@debrabertelli5076 if people DON'T voice their concerns to the legislators about it not really being safe "out there" on the streets as far as cowardly law enforcement that believes in such delusions as their safety being more valuable than that of the common citizens they swore a meaningless oath to protect, while extoring the same citizens for noncrimes, then this 'officer safety' nonsense will stop being just their own personal catch-all and actually written into law. James was right when he said militias would keep these road pirates in check, they fear the playing grounds being leveled against their favor when citizens refuse to obey their easily-flung-around-with-no-consequences tyranny. If thd legislation does not support the people then the people need to take matters into their own hands. @james freeman- if you're coming to Wisconsin put the feelers out; we are an open carry state and some of us still hold the belief that rights can be regained with constant work to put these rogue public servants back in their rightful place for the benefit of society as a hole. You have admirers here that support your efforts and there is plenty of publicly funded state buildings that house corrupt badges and other officials with transgressions that frequently get swept under the rug such as Ft mccoy, homme home juvenile facility, ripon maximum security, the capital(where representative robin vos is holding up legalization efforts that should have passed years ago) and the counties such as Milwaukee/forest/marathon/langlade/beloit/door who harbor these badged terrorists.
