This is where things start to look like the later work a few years later IMHO. 17 videos in and you are beginning to develop your style. I am horoughly enjoying these older videos. Soon I'll have watched them all up to February of 2018. I have maybe 30 or so that I have not seen yet. After that I'll have to make make do with the weekly upload of new videos or go back and watch re-runs of Sail Life which might not be so bad. Great job Mads. 256 videos isn't enough, keep making them.

TVP, in American English. Texturized Vegetable Protein. Works very well in soups, where it has a chance to pick up some flavor from the surrounding liquid. Its biggest flaw is not much taste. (And a tendency, at least for me, to rehydrate more than I was really intending to and ending up with far too much food.)

My wife is a vegetarian so I have used TVP quite a bit over the years trying to make interesting meals for her.

Hi Mads, I am installing an Alado furler and am wondering how to tension the halyard tight enough to get the correct sail shape for the amount of wind. Especially in winds over 30 knots. Please share with me how you did it?

Never go for Furlex furling forestay, they jam easily which is obviously dangerous and they are expensive.
